Pros: This wax is creamier and sticks to hair better than the waxes that came with my wax warmer. It went on smoothly, capturing almost all of the thick, coarse hairs on my forearms and armpits. All in all this is a great value. Cons: It took quite a while to melt and was a bit runny and sticky. The stickiness gave me some trouble as it also stuck to the skin. I struggled with a stubborn sticky band-aid and finally removed a band-aid with sensitive armpit skin. Ouch! Learn from my mistakes and follow these tips: 1. When using this wax, keep your skin cool and dry and make sure the room is not warm and humid as this will make the wax sticky.2. I probably should have used baby powder or something like a barrier to keep the wax from sticking to my skin. Particularly sensitive skin.3. Apply in the direction of hair growth, covering the strip with enough thickness for the wax so you can easily peel off the edge without scratching the skin.4. Let it harden a bit. It should no longer be sticky when you're ready to take it off. If you apply unevenly, the thickest areas can remain sticky. Keep your skin tight! Pull the wax off close to the skin in the opposite direction of hair growth. Hopefully by following these tips you will avoid future skin irritation and damage.
