These discs are inexpensive and fairly fast (see below for more info). They also look good, although the metal understandably scratches when inserted. My only concern is that they get very hot when in use, especially over USB 3.0. They don't burn or anything, but I've never had a flash drive (metal or otherwise) that did. (I also find the included "everything but stromboli" strap a bit odd, but it's neither here nor there.) *** Testing Info: *** I used the USB FlashBench software to verify actual performance with compared to the speed of 150 MB/s specified by the manufacturer 15 times faster than USB 2.0 (also for counterfeit detection). On my computer, the drives read at about 141MB/s and write at 101MB/s over USB 3.0. On USB 2.0 they read at 29 MB/s and write at 19 MB/s. In other words, they are about 5 times faster than USB 3.0. These speeds are comparable to other fast drives and for the price I'm perfectly happy with them.
