It's super simple to set up once you know what you are doing! I used to have so many different recruiting systems before signing up here - this one was the best of them all. Sometimes it can be very slow at times (especially when a recruiter has lots of tasks), but that could just be my server/connection issues rather than their side too. Make sure to talk through everything with your account manager, as they will help guide you if anything isn't clear or straightforward. The only downside we had in our first few months using Resolute were some minor setup glitches which meant people thought we weren't working properly or something, however since then there haven't been any major problems. Tracking jobs done quickly throughtout the day; time sheet entry etc. The ability to create multiple types of resumes (including Word). I like that there are various formats in which you can write your resume depending upon what type or job role it pertains too; however some would find this difficult when they have used different programs throughout their career such as LinkedIn/Citrix etcetera! This program allows me easy access from all my devices including laptop computer & phone so i do not need 2 carry out paper copies everywhere - saves time!!
