Review on ☕ Stariver Electric Gooseneck Kettle, 1.2L Stainless Steel Water Kettle for Coffee & Tea, Fast Heating with Auto-Shut Off and Boil-Dry Protection, Dark Blue by Melvin Goerge

The declared volume is 1.2 l. Unfortunately, the max line is 1L, not 1.2L. When I tried to use it it took a very long time to heat up (compared to the other two kettles I used last week) and for some reason it leaked through the bottom. There is a strange tube on the back that I have not seen on any other kettle. There were also some cosmetic scratches on the exterior which wouldn't normally bother me but seem worth checking out given the other issues. Thankfully, Revain's customer service was excellent and helped arrange refunds. But in any case, buyers beware of this product, sorry.
