I like the ability to track leads that are in the pipeline. Lead enrichment lets me pull a large amount of data from a variety of sources into a single place. The integration with Salesforce is also great. I dislike the fact that I cannot use the same integration with Salesforce. There are times when it is hard to find out what leads are in the pipeline. I'd like to be able to see this data in the same way I see it in Salesforce. I'm solving the problem of having to have multiple systems in order to keep track of leads. I like what they do, but dislike that it is not free for small businesses or organizations where we would want them most (smaller companies). It seems expensive when you have many contacts in your database compared others out there who are doing this same thing at no cost! Our goal was better outreach via our marketing team which includes prospecting/cold calling as well using lead enrichment tools such those offered by LeadeRnich; i believe their system did help us gain more leads so far!!
