Conversive is easy to use, and allows me to build a one-to-one conversation with my customers. It also allows me to build a survey that allows me to build a profile of my customer, and then tailor my conversation with them. The customer profile is also easy to build, and allows me to keep track of my customers. It is a great tool for building one-to-one conversations.
