A Complaint About Portable Audio & Video

I have read many reviews and researched a lot about Car DVD TV System. We travel a lot and thought it was about time to get this. My son was very excited. Here's what I noticed about this product.1. Big screens. Image quality is excellent.2. Set up was very easy.3. The cords were long enough but there are 3 cords just for play. One to connect to a car socket. And two that connect the TV together.4. The headrest straps aren't that great. They don't have velcro just a cheap buckle.5. The remote control worked perfectly.6. Movies have never been missed driving on open rough roads.7. The headsets were just small headphones. Not easy for small children. Instead, we were able to tuck in our large in-ear headphones on our own. My only complaint is the volume. We noticed that everything was perfectly audible in the movie preview. But once the actual movie started, it was very hard to hear. Even at the highest settings, the noise of freeway driving drowns out the volume. It would be nice if you had a headset but if you have a car with more than 2 kids/people watching it is very difficult/impossible to hear. We were very disappointed with this part so we are returning it. If you could set it up to play movies on your car stereo that would be great.
