Recommended or oven baked bread. Not for size 1.5 to 2.0 bread makers. The quality of the bag is ok. Ties are also helpful. Terrible bags for my family. Like most people, we have a 2-pound bread maker that can bake 1.5- and 2.0-pound loaves. The dimensions I need for a bread bag are 5 inches wide, 5 inches long, 9 inches deep. So if I need these measurements, that would mean I need an extra 1 inch of breathing space to keep the bread from getting soggy. Something like: 6Wx6Lx13 or 14D would be a good size for a 2.0 loaf bread maker. They are much wider than the tiny bread pans people bake in their ovens. I'm happy with the depth/length of the pocket but it's not even wide enough for what we need. Store bought bread is tiny. Too bad we didn't have large bread maker bags available for users of large bread machines.
