Breastfeeding nipple covers

My wife and I just had our first child and she is going through the ordeal of breastfeeding. These silver nipple covers add some structure and protection to prevent her clothes from chafing and pressing directly on her. The instructions say to dab the inside of each shield with a small amount of breast milk for best results and they seem to work well. My wife uses these shields regularly and they offer some relief.
