Yes, this will fit in the back of an O11 Dynamic (not XL) with fans attached, but.

In short, if you need to install it on the back of an O11D with case fans on the back, this heatsink is for you. But it has some disadvantages. I was able to squeeze 3 Corsair ML fans and this heatsink into the back of the O11D with the distributor plate attached to the front of the case. You're not going to be able to place 360 degrees on the floor with a spreader plate, especially with a side graphics card mount. This bike doesn't fit, end of story. I was fortunate that the Phanteks side graphics card was big enough to accommodate the bottom fans. As for the heatsink itself, I enabled GPU-Z temperature levels. The first is idle and the second is about 45 minutes of Destiny 2 at 3440x1440 on high (not the highest) settings. It helps control my temperatures by having a second heatsink to keep things cool. Now for the design of this part. It's small, it fits, it's great! The screws provided are the main screws of the PSU but are longer for screwing on the fan. The only downside I can say about this heatsink is that the heatsink mounting holes are too far apart. Because of this, I had to bend the metal screw holes on the case itself to allow the hardware to safely go through and insert into the mix. Causing permanent damage wasn't ideal, but due to the spreader plate, top heatsink, and connectors, the bends aren't visible to the naked eye unless you take the PC apart and see them. I'm sure if you had four 90 degree hardware you could have the hardware facing each other and then facing out to avoid bending the screw holes. But I have already made my three million trips to the micro center for this project. I'm not going back. Mission accomplished. I was able to fit a 360 degree radiator in the back room of the O11D. Well done XSP! I look forward to more from you!
