Review on Wellwits Womens Office Colorblock Vintage Women's Clothing : Dresses by Rahmayanda Foremaster

My measurements are 5ft 1in, 38-31-40 and I usually wear a US size 10/L. I ordered L based on the size chart and found it too tight in the chest and too big in the waist. The matching belt is more like a strip of fabric and doesn't do much to tighten it up. The material is similar to that of a cheap Halloween costume. It's a shame, because in the photo here it looks absolutely classy. Sorry, will be back.
