Review on HCGI Hartford, Inc. by John Bennett

We have been using HCI for several years now with very little issues or complaints from our end users/clients! I would highly recommend this vendor as they are extremely professional & dedicated to their customers needs 100%. There really isn't anything we dislike about working w them - but if there was then it's probably something minor which can be easily resolved without issue at all!! Great team of people who keep you up-to date via email when projects come available / need attention etc.. No real dislikes just like any other supplier though i guess time delays could maybe improve things? But again not much fault here either so overall great experience thus far :) I like how easy it was to use this software for our business needs! It has helped us organize all of our information much better than we were able with Excel alone. There are several things you can do but there isn't anything really special about them so they aren't worth mentioning specifically. This product just works well as an organizational tool. We've been using it since 2007 when it first came out and have had no problems or issues at any time during its usage.
