Great product! I get a lot of support and relief when I use it. I do team sports, run, do Zumba, lift weights and work 12 hour days as a nurse. The tape makes all of these things much easier to manage. Lasts for several days if used correctly. I like to rub the area with rubbing alcohol to keep the oil off. I shower and bathe with duct tape on with no problems. Usually you only need to reapply if it gets on your pants or lotion or oil gets on them. If you are looking for functional relief and braces are not suitable for your active lifestyle, this is the solution. It contains some gum. Slight irritation with latex allergy.
