Don't buy if you want to save your videos for free! If you want to keep the recorded video clips, you need to subscribe to their cloud service. I tried to save my video clips. Somehow this only allowed me to keep 5 files in memory, but that's about it. All the others I tried to download and save came up blank. I like the video and sound quality, but that's about it. I can't save my videos without a subscription to their cloud service. It should be my choice, not theirs. I will never buy this brand again. I have purchased and currently use Zmodo brand cameras. You have the option to buy a cloud service, but you can still save video clips that you want to save to your storage for free. The system is much better and more user-friendly. I recommended the Zmodo camera to a neighbor and they are very happy with it and have already saved their video clips.
