This product has torn me to pieces. By the way, I really like the shape of this pillow, the size is LARGE, but I wouldn't order it if it didn't have a heating function, which is semi-sleeve at best. Can't lie! For a pillow just under $80, for a larger size, I expected more in terms of the winning aspect - WARM! I am so sick of falling asleep on a rolled up heating pad due to a pinched nerve in my neck and pain in my shoulder that is making my arm numb. Still waiting for an MRI for this but it's been weeks now. It looked like an amazing product and it is. like a pillow! The actual design and shape of the pillow is ergonomically designed to align my spine with neck, back and shoulder pain as my pillow for the last few years has always left my shoulders on the end. Pillow pushed forward. Because of this, I wake up with the extra "I believe" sun. This pillow shape is a thing of the past for me and I think it's good for my shoulder as I've never seen this shape before I like it a lot. It seems to have helped. My husband has two serious rotator cuff injuries and I was thinking of getting him this pillow for Christmas but if the heat weren't so mild I definitely would. I think I can find the best there for his needs as his conditions are very difficult. His back too. (Disabled.) The pillow is of high quality. I find it suits my body for a more comfortable night's sleep, but the main complaint is the warmth, or lack thereof. I think most of us buy this product for this very reason. I've never seen this before, a pillow with such natural warmth I was mesmerized and if it warmed up hotter and faster it seems like it would last a lifetime it would be 5 stars not an average rating. It's disappointing in some ways but the shape is useful so I'm giving this product a 2.75 star rating, rounded up to 3 stars to be fair on some of the things that are useful for my needs, and I really think that this review is very fair. I'm just sure you could find a pillow of this shape MUCH cheaper minus the thermal factor. Don't quote me on that. I have not looked yet. I bet though. No it smells TERRIBLE from past pillows so it helps take it from 2.75 to OK…. 3 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️ It has a slight odor that quickly disappears. Other pillows can really stink! I was glad. Comes in a portable holdall as shown. And my hand shows you a BIG size compared to my numbers 😆. I wouldn't consider buying a size small. Too small. If you want to order - do no less than that. (That is, as an adult.) I hope my review was helpful :).
