This holder works great. It has 2 mounting options: suction cup or vent clip. I tried a clip first, but my car's design didn't work with it (the center vents are vertical). So I opted for suction. This option comes with a texture disc, but I didn't need to use it since my dashboard had a smooth finish. The suction cup grips lightly and firmly. The holding arms are also easy to adjust and hold without any problems. It looks good, it can be easily moved to where we need it and it was easy to install, it's strong and stable. Fully commended edit as of September 21, 2020: Still holding up well after nine months of use and survived the Arizona summer with no problems.
