I liked that this item arrived ahead of schedule and in perfect condition. However, I have a few concerns about this: One of them concerns the "adjustable" handle. Let's start by saying that the passenger side of the windshield is somewhat out of reach from the driver's seat, even when it's extended. (And who wants to jump on either side of the car to clear the windshield?) Also, the handle doesn't stay extended, so you have to constantly adjust it. Here you fly away with a lot of elbow grease, diligently clean your windshield and feel pretty good about your cleaning skills and BAM. The handle folds back to its shortest, unstretched length. Damn. Another issue that worries me with this product is that it is very, very difficult to put the "pads" on the cleaning end. If you have arthritis in your hands or fingers, do not purchase this product. Too difficult to attach cleaning pads. I have arthritis in my fingers so the pads were difficult to use. (I had a previous washer - same design - from another company and it worked great but I lost the grip so I got this one as a replacement. From what I can remember the grip on my other one was stretched and the pads were easy to put on.) So there you have it. You might want to think twice before you buy it, even if it's not a big purchase.
