Hold to complete the flush, it doesn't trip and keeps the valve open - loosened after 2 weeks had to re-open refuel and re-tighten, and then again after a further 2 weeks, after which I just bought a replacement. Those annoyances quickly piled up, so I replaced it with this Kohler: It feels like a metal grip and lever, feels much better, and doesn't exhibit any of the problems described above. Do yourself a favor and buy this one instead.
