I'm a teenager and wasn't sure about my nose when I bought them a few months ago but they don't do anything. general. even after 24/7 wearing. In fact it made my nose bigger, I'm sure it's not even good for you. do not do that. Use a gua sha or jade roller and search youtube for nose massage from people who are licensed.
