I had to order a second set because the first one broke but it was my fault the pin that goes in the phone got stuck and bent the FIRST time I used it mainly because I'm not used to using wired headphones and the cord gets tangled. the initial sound was good enough that i calmly ordered another set without getting too annoyed with myself. The call quality is good, I can hear the caller perfectly and no one reported that my sound was distorted. I use a Pixel 5. They are GREAT for listening to music while I'm in the store and want to keep the stupid stuff out! I really like the magnetic closures, the case is great and very useful. Imma fan, simple and easy! I would give another star if there was more bass but I'm not at all upset with my purchase.
