I am very happy with this chair, I have tried many new chairs in office furniture stores and it is more comfortable than most, even those that cost three times as much. In my office, I use a high quality black mesh adjustable nylon chair that is about 5-6 times the price of this chair. My only initial complaint after a full day's use is that the seat has more padding than I like, but reading the reviews here the foam shrinks over time. Please note I'm 5'6" and 160 lbs. After reading about assembly issues others had due to misaligned screws/bolts, I was wary. I just started with the screws and didn't tighten until the assembly was almost complete, I had no problems. There was a gap of about 1/8" before tightening. Started with the armrests/seat and then back. I then attached the base bracket and the screws once everything started tightened I tightened them fully to about 20 lbs and secured the assembled base, applying light pressure to the back while tightening all the lever screws to the same 20 lb torque, I choose brown for a neutral color so no dirt shows and I hope to keep the chair for years to come.
