I like that it is customizable to fit your needs with many different modules including incident command, communications, logistics, and more! It also has features similar to other systems such as cloud-based platforms and mobile apps which are helpful when you need them but don't always have access to internet or computer. Not much to dislike. Make sure you get all the training you can before using this system because there are some functions that aren't intuitive at first glance. There's no way around learning how to use this product so we're just doing our best to make the most out of what we've got. The benefits include having everything in one place instead of trying to pull up multiple applications (incident command, communication, etc.) from various sources.
