Label printed 90% cotton, 10% viscose. Good thing there is no label. I think viscose is the material for the pockets and maybe the waistband as the pockets are slippery and easy to get in and out of without a pocket coming out of the pants. Fits a cell phone I bought a medium sized gray one. The inseam was 30.75 inches before being washed cold and tumble dried on a low setting. After that it is 28.5 inches. I haven't tried them on after washing but I think they will last a long time.
