The quality of these hats seems good as does the thickness/warmth. The problem I have is that the color is clearly not the same on the two hats I bought. The beautiful red purple "burgundy" color they show online is not what arrived. While the hat is technically still in the maroon spectrum, the one I received is VERY brown and has a worn look, which I wasn't expecting and was disappointed with. and bright dark red. There wasn't even a hint of purple in this hat, but to be honest I think I like that color even more! If you're looking for a hat that will draw attention, this is the color. The maroon hat is a mix of shabby brown and faded purple. Burgundy is a light dark blood red color.
