Review on IRON °FLASK Rover Tumbler TR_32DarkNight by Charles Fowler

I bought a 32 ounce mug but found it cumbersome and unnecessarily heavy. Despite being heavy and even having their logo printed with a laser, the mugs are still too fragile to be dishwasher safe. It was my fault for omitting the "hand wash only" note, but I never would have thought to look like it was a regular glass. It's actually overpriced compared to others at Revain and they don't honor their satisfaction guarantee which is very misleading. It says they will refund or replace if for ANY reason they are not 100% satisfied but they told me my only option is to return it through Revain even if they have a card with an email to ask for support to contact in case of problems. The company was useless and this is dodgy marketing so I will refund but definitely not ordering a replacement from them.
