Exercise ball does the job

This ball does the job, helps with sit ups and supports my back for weight lifting exercises. It was sturdy and well made. The straps are a little long for me for resistance exercises and I'm 5'5". Other than that, I do recommend this product.

Pros

Its very easy to set up. Its very useful for my daily training exercise and its convenient.

Cons

The instability of the exercise ball chair may pose a risk of falls, which can be particularly dangerous in an office setting
