Easy fix for cruise control not working.
I have a 2000 F150 that has lost the cruise control. Pulling the OBD II codes revealed that the VSS had failed. This was a quick replacement for 1 male and 1 bolt on my 4R70W gearbox. The VSS error no longer occurred, the cruise control is working again.
