The best thing about this software has to be its ease of use! It's really easy in getting set up with your employees so you can start using it right away instead waiting weeks or months like other programs I've used previously required me do all that work myself first before putting anything into production mode. Nothing yet but we did receive some training from their customer support team which was very helpful as well. We are also able solve our issues quickly since they have such awesome techs who help us out when needed, unlike many companies where there isn't much after hours assistance if things go wrong during business hours (which sometimes happens).
