We are going camping this weekend and wanted to buy a mattress for my 2.5 year old so he can pack and play. I have memory foam that folds down but he's currently using it in the attic so we need one to stash in the trailer. It's not too thick and slides well next to our sofa. I know he is of such age and size that the bottom of the travel cot is too hard for him. It's nice and soft (in the form of scales) yet firm enough like a crib mattress (if you're still worried about fluffier sides). It's been vacuum sealed like a burrito, so be sure to open it up and air it out and let it fully inflate on day one. We had a dent on the side from rolling but the next day it was completely gone. This will fit any travel sized bed sheet. We used this in our tent upstairs in the back to lay down and rest :)
