Review on Edenseelake by Ickey Case

Recent events have left me with a sour taste in my mouth for Edenseelake, an internet retailer from which I had expected great things. Their website was simple to use and they had a wide variety of products to choose from, but I had several problems with my purchase. First of all, I had to wait a lot longer than expected for my order to appear because of the shipping delays. One of the items was broken when it eventually arrived. I tried contacting their customer support department, but they were of no assistance to me. It took several days and numerous follow-ups before I finally got a response to my problem. The goods themselves were of poor quality. I was disappointed by the low quality of the picture frame and the flimsiness of the kitchen tools I bought. Overall, I was dissatisfied with the service they provided and the quality of their goods. I like that they have a wide selection of goods to choose from, but I want anyone thinking about making a purchase from Edenseelake to be aware of these concerns. Poor customer service, slow shipping, and low-quality goods all left a sour flavor in my mouth. If you ask me, Edenseelake is not the place to go shopping.
