Review on 🐠 Hagen Fluval Flex Aquarium 34L, 9gal - Model 15004HG by Judy King

This is our third river aquarium and we are very satisfied. We started with Fluval Chi, then got Fluval Spec and now Flex. The curved front glass offers a wider view of the aquarium, fish and plants. The ability to place the heater to the rear of the pump further reduces the number of wires and unsightly items in the visible area of the tank. We also like the ability to add filters on the back. We had an ammonia problem when we first started the tank as some of the wood pieces weren't fully saturated yet. We added a second stage filter and peat granules to remove heavy metals and ammonia from the aquarium. Warning, we have a few small zebrafish in our aquarium and when we first introduced them they loved swimming through the filter screen. and hide behind it. Somehow we had a fish die or disappear and they just snuck up from behind.
