Would have given 4 stars initially as it was easy to install (good instructions) and works reasonably well. 1 month after installation (September 2018) the bracket started to rust. I contacted them through the question link on their website. No Answer. Called again a week later, no answer. The bracket is now so rusted it really needs to be replaced so contacted again via their website and again no response. Even sent an email to their published email address with copies of previous contacts and guess what, no response. It seems to work pretty well and I'm happy with the functionality, but for a comparatively expensive system they don't have a customer support concept. Luckily I have the resources to make my own mount but they can't really return the pins. Only buy this if you are sure you will not have any problems as in my experience this company does not understand customer service.
