No instructions, no obvious way to open it. Let's move on to something else.

Meets my needs but there were no instructions so it wasn't easy to set up and I have no idea how to use the included heatsink plate. The case gets very hot, but I had no problem reading over 300GB when restoring from a backup. I contacted both Amazon support and the seller and a few days later I still don't have the manual. I really don't think the device won't fail, so I'll end up going back and buying something else.
