I continue the previous review. Customer service is key to creating a valuable product these days. The first bracket I bought fell off the back of the TV. A very important note that I didn't follow in the instructions was to keep the adhesive strip on the back of the TV for 24 hours before installing the AppleTV in the mount. Although I failed at this step, the company contacted me and immediately sent me a replacement part that included a free mechanical bracket for the TV vent. I definitely do not recommend abusing such good customer service. So learn from my mistake and allow the glue to set for 24 hours before installing anything in the device, but know that you are buying a product that is backed by a good company.
