Fan nuts and screws fell out of the box prior to installation. Thought they might be superfluous. You know, just in case. I didn't realize I would have to assemble everything myself. These are usually the base, pole, head, blades, and guards to keep hands and fingers away. So I put it back together, everything worked fine the 1st and 2nd time, but on the 3rd time the fan head fell off and started making a grinding noise as it moved left and right and wouldn't stay upright. Then I bought a second one, everything is back in the right position, it grinds and ticks, and it's completely impossible to get to the guarantee link, which I also bought, ridiculous, I won't be ordering from this company again.
