For those who have doubts because the photo of the product does not show that the nylon is fully wrapped / braided: it is. None of the cables are plastic. I've been an AudioQuest fan since I started my Hi-Fi journey. The cables are fantastic and not as expensive as the competition. This one is no different. Even tucked away in a nest of other cables, there's no distortion or electromagnetic interference. The background music is perfectly black, as it should be. The cable is a bit stiff but I like it. It feels stronger and I still don't need it to bend hard. The plugs are tight and don't hang out. I won't comment on the sound (other than the lack of noise) as I upgraded my DAC at the same time so I can't blindly test this RCA connector with another.
