Best in a drizzle
Bought these for a rainy Halloween. We didn't really need them, but they would be perfect for stunts or treats and for costume display. We have tried them other times and they have worked very well. Not all were completely dry but they did keep the kids drier than usual. Had to tie knots at bottom so my 4 year old wouldn't trip over it but it doesn't matter!
