Update on the review below:DEEBU customer service reached out after my post and sent me a new jacket to replace the defective one. Since it is now warmer my husband hasn’t really used it to test, but I’ll give them the credit for really trying to make it right. Defects may happen with any product and the post sales experience makes a huge difference in how things can go well or not. So far, happy with the experience.ON button doesn’t always work. Only realized after return date expired. Good idea, poor quality.
