Review on 📞 Arris TG1672G Touchstone Telephony Gateway: Efficient Bulk Packed Solution by Jose Wititsuwannakul

I bought this modem because it is the same as the one I rented from Time Warner Cable/Spectrum. Please note that you MUST keep the second modem if you are doing the same and using digital phone service with the TWC/Spectrum. They won't let you use it for a phone even if it's a PHONE modem. However, they state that I am no longer charged a monthly fee for the "internet modem" as it is now only used as a "telephone" modem. Right. I still HAVE the original modem, just like this one, because TWC doesn't install phone service software on it. However, somehow it suddenly became "free" instead of costing me $10 a month, even though I still have it! It's the dumbest thing in the world. I would return it and just buy an old internet modem, but TWC was so difficult to get through with setting everything up that I didn't even bother going through it again. So remember; If you have a TWC digital phone and internet, save a few bucks and skip the phone modem (this one) and just buy an old basic internet modem because then you get the old one for free. Yes, it's stupid. I've said this before, but this is THIS Time Warner/Spectrum, so what else do you expect?
