As previously mentioned, the sleeves are slim fitting and made from a non-stretch ripstop blend; If you lift weights regularly, you probably want to increase your chest size by 1, maybe 2. I have a 42" chest and medium sized shirts usually fit well, but these sleeves are quite tight and I have a feeling they will tear in a few months. Elbows have a Crye-style cutout for padding that helps with articulation, but not by much. Otherwise I am satisfied with this shirt. The body is a mid-weight jersey blend that was very comfortable on duty this summer. Definitely worth a try for this price. Also, as of this writing, it was sending and receiving quickly despite ongoing USPS issues.
