I ordered this chair in March 2022 and I love the chair. It has been easy to take places and it gives my little one somewhere she can have her own space. During one of these times I managed to misplace the tray. I contacted Veeyoo customer service to see if I could buy a replacement tray which unfortunately they do not just sell the tray but even though I lost the tray and it has been 9 months since purchasing the chair, they offered me a $20 refund and profusely apologized for the inconvenience. They have amazing products and outstanding customer service. Do not hesitate to purchase from this company you will not regret it.
