I have used many different organizers and this one is good. The only reason I only got 4 stars was that I could have used a few more spacers in the middle to keep smaller things from falling off and disappearing at the bottom. Small round bottles (like wow mint breath drops or small sample sized hand cream etc.) that will not fit in the FLAT dividers on the outside. But it has plenty of handy compartments for flat items and two long zippered compartments. Those flat mesh dividers on the outside are great for flat items like my small hairbrush, short nail file, business card holder, etc. And the mesh is a great idea for keeping things visible. What I like best is that it stays upright on a flat floor. I bought it about 3 inches shorter than the length of my bag so I can fit a small water bottle on the end of the organizer. Works perfect. And did I mention polka dots are adorable? :-)
