This software allows me as an administrator to send messages to my staff without having them log into the system which is great! I cannot log out easily if things don't work how we want so it can be frustrating at times but overall its been good. Its also very easy for new users who are not familiar with computers or computer systems to use - you just type what you need done and click "send" when finished. We do have some issues where certain phrases that contain apostrophes are causing errors. For example, I typed out this sentence correctly:"Please enter the date of birth.".
