Quality Control Issues

Chair has an overall good fit and finish but factory quality control is lacking. Levers left and right, in the box there were two right rear support levers and not a single left one. The geometry of these parts allowed me to assemble the device correctly. Considering the price of the chair, I find the lack of proper quality control unforgivable.
