here is my feedback. Love the bracelet. was very easy to remove the clips (well done). the negative is the clip that closes the bracelet, I don't know what the exact name is. it does not open all the way. It opens like an L. and it is very hard to put back on because you have to fit this L shaped clasp into the hole to get it closed. Hence it is hard to put back on. kinda frustratingUPDATE; AFTER 7 MONTHS. the bracelet has not turned my wrist green. the metal has tarnished and is not cleanable. I had to get another bracelet. So if you wear it a lot and wear it to register your sleeping pattern. this probably isn't the right band it won't last long. So maybe use it only for special occasions? Mine just went in the trash
