Review on PlaidCloud Analyze by Young Toulson

The biggest plus point is that it lets me see which products are being purchased by my clients most frequently. This also helps in understanding what kind of services they require at an individual level as well as for the business unit/the entire organization. It's slow, very so. Sometimes I wish there was a quicker way to get around to the next screen when working through multiple tabs. We mainly use this for analyzing client data to improve our service offerings. I have been using Plaid for a while now and I love how easy it is to use. The support is also amazing. I have no complaints about Plaid. I highly recommend this tool. I use Plaid to extract customer data from our CRM database and then use the data to create a report to send to our sales team. It has been a really great tool to use for this.
