Review on 📞 Polycom VVX 411 Skype for Business Edition Black (2200-48450-019) by John Collins

I've set up hundreds of VOIP phones over the last few years and the experience is usually fairly easy. This phone is more complicated than it needs to be due to Skype for Business hooks, but it's not so complicated that it can't be set up in minutes. It should be noted that Skype for Business features cannot be used if your subscription does not include telephony. In hindsight this may seem obvious, but it is not written anywhere and there is no technical reason why SFB functions other than telephony should be disabled. The phone arrived at DOA. I would like to leave the seller negative feedback at this point as no steps have been taken to help and Polycom is useless in terms of support. Unfortunately, Polycom phones do this more often than we'd like, but most other phone manufacturers produce junk, so alternatives are few and far between at best.
