Review on Inov-8 Men's F-Lite 235 Functional Training Shoes by Jamal Murph

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Good replacement for Nano 2.

What do you do when your favorite shoe (the Reebok Nano 2.0) is long gone and you can't find anyone who still sells it in your size? You will receive Invo-8 F-Lite 235 V3. The specs are very similar to the Nano 2.0 and it doesn't have the ridiculously large flared healing that seems to be all the rage these days. My only criticism of these boots. The tongue is too thin. I understand that light weight is a big feature of the Inov-8 shoe, but a little cushioning will eliminate some of the slight discomfort on the top of the foot. You probably won't notice this if you're just sweating in your shoes while exercising, but after wearing them for a few hours, you might start to feel some discomfort. The shoe is also a great cross trainer.

Pros
  • Color and size were as expected. I am happy with the fit and the look.
Cons
  • May not be suitable for running on rough terrain.
