This dress fits perfectly. You need to increase the size +1. I'm usually LRG, but in this piece I'm wearing a size XL. The sleeves are exactly as stated. I ordered and received a dress almost identical to this one but it was 1. From a different seller 2. Fit different and the sleeves are not as advertised. This seller is serious.
