After visiting a family member who had a COVERMADE comforter on the bed I slept on, I just had to have it. What a great idea for keeping the comforter safe on the bed. So many great things in this product. The specs on the box are true: keeps covers in place, prevents covers from being stolen, does not wrinkle, is machine washable and comes with 2 fake covers that appear to be the same material. The blanket itself is a soft satin material that is comfortable to the touch and luxurious. It's filled with an alternative to down and isn't as heavy as you might think (for a king size) but will definitely keep you warm on chilly nights. But not too warm in warm weather. Putting it on the bed was easy. The elastic band that wraps around the mattress is beautiful and strong and easy to use, and its tension can be adjusted according to the different height of the mattress. make the bed when you have to move from side to side to adjust the covers. (I think this would be a great product for a wall mounted bed.) Just lift it up, place your pretty pillows on top and you're done! I will be buying more for our other beds in the house.
